Since they who honour me have praised my greatness,– he gave, as 'twere, his hue to those who love him. Known is he by his bright delightful splendour, and waxing old renews his youth for ever.

When they praised 1 to me the monstrous might of the eater of the forests 2, he produced his (shining) colour as (he has done) for the Usigs 3. With shining splendour he has shone joyously, he who having grown old has suddenly become young (again).
