Monier-Williams dictionary from Cologne Sanskrit Lexicon
English Translation by Griffith

3.29.15

Even as the Maruts, onslaughts who attack the foe, those born the first of all knew the full power of prayer. The Kuṣikas have made the glorious hymn ascend, and, each one singly in his home, have kindled fire.

Oldenberg's translation

3.29.15

The onsets of (Agni) when he attacks his enemies, are like those of the Maruts. (He is) the first-born (son) of the sacred spell. They know every (fire) 1. The Kusikas have raised their brilliant spell; they have kindled Agni, every one in his house.
