kakut—stha m. ‘standing on a hump’, N. of a son of Śaśāda and grandson of Ikṣvāku, [MBh.]; [Hariv.]; [BhP.] &c. (so called because in a battle he stood on the hump of Indra who had been changed into a bull; according to the [R.] he is a son of Bhagīratha).
