([iii, 3, 142]) expresses censure, e.g. jātu vṛṣalaṃ yājayen na marṣayāmi ‘I suffer not that he should cause an outcast to sacrifice’, [Kāś.]; jātu yājayati vṛṣalam ‘ought he to cause an outcast to sacrifice?’, [ib.]]
